All sales are final once the item has been sent.  If for any reason, the item you purchased does not meet your expectations please reach out to me.  If a return is excepted, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and product must return in its original form.  Please note that all Resin glasses/tumblers are made with FDA approved resin.  Although graded to 300 degrees it is best to handwash.  NO ITEMS should be microwaved.  All content owned by Eclectic Palette Studios.
